Car Spraybooth Ovens
High specification spraybooth ovens
Harnessing the very latest technology, Junair Spraybooth ovens provide a high specification paint finishing facility.
Reliable, durable and economic in use, their inherent design flexibility and in-house North American manufacture allows any booth to be tailored to suit individual dimension and performance requirements.
Features across the range include direct fully modulating natural gas or LPG fired burner, energy-efficient lighting systems and full width input filter for improved air-movement. The white polyester powder-coated finish on a galvanised steel substrate offers excellent corrosion resistance and a light working environment. All Junair spraybooth ovens are ETL listed and designed for use with waterborne base-coats and low VOC top coats and comply with the latest Environmental, Health & Safety legislation.
Unrivalled performance on the curing cycle
Conventional spraybooths are inefficient in raising the lower panels of a vehicle to the required curing temperature. This is because warm air rises to the top of the cabin whilst cooler air descends to floor level. Also, the air passing over the lower panels has already been cooled by the substrate above. Differences of 20-30°F (10-15°C) are not uncommon in conventional booths, leading to extended baking times, taking up more valuable booth time and energy.
Heated air from QADs™, however, envelops the whole vehicle including the lower panels, ensuring that the recommended paint baking temperature is achieved quickly. On most spraybooth ovens QADs™ will achieve the lower panel temperature of 140°C (60°C) within 10 minutes, specified by many of today’s motor manufacturers. It is no coincidence that QADs™ are exported extensively worldwide.
